3. HAVE SPECIFIC GOALS THAT ARE REALISTIC
At this point in time, you need to be realistic to yourself. Let’s say you like to earn 10,000$ a month, but currently, the salary is just 1,200$. This goal is very unrealistic and impossible to archive right away. A step by step approach is needed. Begin with a goal which is 20-30% higher as the current one. Once you reach this step, do it all over again when eventually the big goal of 10,000$ salary a month is a done deal.
Many people feel overwhelmed if the goals are stacked too high. This can easily result in a negative thought pattern as the goal seems still so far away. This to say, do a slow and steady growth until the big goal is reached.

5. DO A HONEST SELF-ANALYSIS OF YOURSELF

Take a look and be proud of your success. Once you have both lists, look one by one which points make you happy and which points cause negative thinking.
